Statistics Matter – How To Know If Your Ads Are Working
In my day to day activities, I like to keep stats on just about everything.
One thing that is important to keep stats on is your advertising dollars.
Do you know if your advertising dollars are being well spent? How can you tell?
Simply put, you take the amount you paid for your advertising and compare it to your results.
Here is an example from my advertising in the first half of April.
Media: 4 Separate Solo Ads
Traffic: 900 Clicks Purchased, received 1000
Subscribers: Received 600 Subscribers (60%)
Leads: Received 127 Free Members (21%)
Upgrades: Received 16 Upgraded members (12.5%)
Cost per lead:
600 Subscribers cost $.87 each
127 Free members cost $4 each
16 upgrades cost $32.50 each
Those 16 upgrades could net $400 a month!
Now I know that my solo ads ARE working and generating a handsome profit for my business.
