Distractions are one of the best ways to get your thoughts back … when negative thoughts or thoughts that do not serve you enter your mind, a distraction is the quickest way to change it … do something that requires your thought and concentration – crossword puzzles, board games, baking – anything that requires thought … just do it!
When you recognize a self sabotaging thought simply say … I don’t think that way anymore … I love you 🙂
