Another tip to help you ‘Get Stuck on Happy’
Breathing is the cure-all for calming emotions.
This exercise takes breathing to a different level and can instantly calm you and bring you back to a peaceful place. You will feel your energy immediately increase and your happiness level rise.
Take a deep breath in and hold it. While holding it think of something or look at something that pleases you and smile then exhale on purpose, meaning blow that air right out.
Do this two or three times and you will notice the improvement in how you feel. Your energy will improve and you will feel lighter and happier!
It helps to say a positive affirmation after the exercise such as, “I am terrific!”.
This exercise can be done anywhere and at anytime that you need it and even when you don’t.
Use this exercise to raise that happiness quotient, the higher the better ?
